摘要
阐述了BIM在建设工程全过程造价管理中的应用价值及优势特点,通过BIM可以有效地解决全过程造价管理实施中存在的一些问题(信息管理问题、各阶段的造价管理问题、各阶段之间的协调问题、各参与方之间的协调问题),提出了基于BIM的建设工程全过程造价管理体系的优越性。其后对BIM在建设工程全过程各个阶段中的具体应用内容进行了概述。
The article sets forth the application value and superiority characteristics of BIM in the cost management of whole engineering construction process. BIM can effectively solve some problems of information management, cost management of each step, coordination among steps, and coordination among participants existing in the implementation of whole cost management. The article puts forward the superiority of BIM in whole cost management system, of construction engineering, and then summarizes the detailedapplication content of BIM in each step of whole construction engineering process.
