摘要
预应力钢筒混凝土顶管(JPCCP)是一种结合PCCP制作技术与顶管施工工艺的新型管材,具有广泛应用的前景。通过对内径3.6 m的大口径JPCCP采用三点法外荷载试验、内压试验及内外压联合试验等一系列承载能力试验,充分了解了该类管材的结构力学性能,对理论计算和仿真计算进行了验证。该项试验还对预应力钢丝、预应力混凝土等部件在受力条件下应变变化的测试,为工程应用取得实测资料。根据试验结果,JPCCP的各项指标满足预期的承载能力。
The prestressed concrete cylinder pipe jacking(JPCCP) is a new type of pipe jacking construction technology combined with the PCCP manufactory technology, and has the wide range of application. According to a series of bearing capacity tests of the internal diameter 3.6-m and large-diameter JPCCP by the three-points outer load test, inner pressure test and combined outer-inner pressure test, the structural mechanical property of this pipe is fully understood, and the theoretical calculation and simulating calculation are verified. This kind of test tests the strain variation of pre-stressed steel wire, pre-stressed concrete and components under the stress condition, which achieves the measured information for the project. The test results show that all indexes of JPCCP satisfy the expectant bearing capacity.
