市政管线综合规划作为市政工程的前期工作,其重要性在近几年来日显突出。针对上海市重大工程的工程实施难度大、投资大、时间紧迫等特点,管线综合规划需要突破原有常规模式,更好地与地区规划相结合、与工程设计相结合、与工程实施相结合。以中山南路地下通道工程实例,浅析市政管线综合规划在工程前期工作中发挥的作用。

As the pre-construction of municipal engineering, the significance of municipal pipeline comprehensive planning is outstanding in the recent years. Aiming at the characteristics of difficult engineering implementation, large investment and limited time of the major projects in Shanghai, the comprehensive planning of pipeline is required to break through the original conventional mode, and better to combine with the local planning, engineering design and engineering implementation. Taking South Zhongshan Road Tunnel Project as an example, the article elementarily analyzes the function of municipal pipeline comprehensive planning in the pre-construction of project.
