1例IgA肾病并发肉眼血尿相关急性肾损伤病例报告及文献复习
摘要
IgA肾病通常起病隐匿,临床常表现为血尿、蛋白尿,伴或不伴高血压和肾功能损害。肉眼血尿是IgA肾病的特征性临床表现,常在感染后1-3 d内发生,文献报道发作性肉眼血尿可以引起急性肾损伤（AKI）,但临床并不多见。
