基于文献计量学方法对中医药治疗膝关节骨性关节炎主要流派的研究

Study on the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on the Literature Metrology

目的:筛选出中医药治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的诊治方案以指导临床。方法:采用文献计量学的方法,筛选出研究膝关节骨性关节炎的研究团队,通过团队所发文章来总结其团队对膝关节骨性关节炎认识和治疗方法。结果:筛选出97位核心作者候选人,Netdraw绘制97位核心作者候选人的网络关系图,绘制97位核心作者候选人形成的学术流派。结论:总结张秀芬、刘献祥、赵文海、杜宁、孟庆才、樊莉、熊昌源、王琦、孙奎为代表的9个学术团队关于中医药治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的主要学术观点。

Objective：To screen out diagnosis and treatment plan of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods：By using the method of literature metrology,the research team of knee osteoarthritis was selected,and the understanding and treatment methods of knee osteoarthritis were summarized by the team.Results：97core author candidates were screened out and Netdraw draws the network diagram of the 97 core author candidates.97 core authors of the formation of the academic school were drawn out.Conclusions：9academic teams of Liu Xianxiang,Zhang Xiufen,Zhao Wenhai,Du Ning,Meng Qingcai,Fan Li,Xiong Changyuan,Wang Qi and Sun Kui represents the main academic viewpoint of TCM treatment of KOA.
