空腹食用苹果致过敏性休克一例

A case of anaphylactic shock under the fasting to eat apple

摘要 报道1例空腹进食苹果后出现过敏性休克的病例,提示临床医师询问病史应认真仔细,不遗漏任何对诊断可能有用的信息,同时应开拓思维,多方查证以找到病因.
