摘要 目的 :评价手术室护士科研能力培训方法与管理效果。方法 :成立手术室护理科研小组,应用"护理人员科研能力自评量表"对临床护士科研设计与论文撰写能力进行调查分析,管理者采用有针对性的培训管理方法于2015年1-12月对手术室护士进行培训,比较2014年培训前和2015年培训后护士的科研设计能力和论文撰写能力,以及护士科研论文达标率。结果 :采用有针对性的培训管理方法后护士科研设计能力显著提升,撰写论文数量与质量、论文达标率显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :采用针对性的科研论文培训管理方法可有效地提高手术室护士临床科研设计能力和论文撰写能力。 Objective: To investigate the effect of a training and management method on clinical research design ability and thesis writing ability of operating room nurses. Methods: The research group investigated and analyzed the clinical research design ability and thesis writing ability of operating room nurses by using Nursing Research Capacity of Self-Evaluation Questionnaire. Then, nursing managers adopted targeted training management method. We compared nurses' scientific research design ability, thesis writing ability, and successful publication rate of nursing research papers in 2014 with those in 2015. Results: By using the targeted training management method, nurses' nursing research design ability and thesis writing ability were improved significantly (P〈0.05). The successful publication rate of nursing research papers was improved significantly (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The targeted training management method can effectively improve operating room nurses' clinical research design ability and thesis writing ability.
