摘要
目的:构建手术室护士绩效考核体系并对其应用效果进行分析。方法:构建手术室护士绩效考核体系,包括手术配合难度系数、总工作时间、加班工作时间、职称、加/减额考核项目等。对绩效体系开展前后的手术室临床综合护理质量、手术室护士对绩效考核体系的满意度、手术医生及麻醉医生对手术室护士临床工作的评价进行分析。结果 :手术室临床综合护理质量提高;护士对绩效考核体系满意度提升(P<0.05);手术医生及麻醉医生对手术室护士的物品准备、查对情况、手术配合、工作责任心、工作主动性和服务态度的评分提升(P<0.05)。结论 :手术室护士绩效考核体系能够提高手术室临床综合护理质量,提升手术室护士满意度并改善手术医生及麻醉医生对手术室护士临床工作的评价。
Objective: To build the performance appraisal system in operation room and analyze the clinical application effect. Methods: Construct operating room performance appraisal system framework, including operative cooperation difficulty, total working time, overtime, job title, plus and minus items. Analysis the operation room clinical comprehensive nursing quality, employees satisfaction, and surgeons and anesthetist evaluation on nursing staff. Results:Obvious improvement was found in the operation room clinical comprehensive nursing quality. Employees satisfaction of performance appraisal system among nurses was improved, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Surgeons and anesthetists were more satisfied over nurses performance on the following areas: preparation, checking,operative cooperation, job responsibilities, self-motivation, and attitude (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The performance appraisal system in operating room can improve the clinical nursing quality, employee satisfaction and improve the level of holistic nursing in operating room.
