一测多评法同时测定酸枣仁的多个成分含量 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :建立一测多评法测定酸枣仁中斯皮诺素、酸枣仁皂苷A、酸枣仁皂苷B、白桦脂酸含量的方法,并验证该方法在酸枣仁中应用的准确性和科学性。方法:以白桦脂酸为指标,采用超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)计算斯皮诺素、酸枣仁皂苷A、酸枣仁皂苷B与白桦脂酸的相对校正因子,进而用该校正因子计算其他3种成分含量;同时外标法测定酸枣仁中4种成分含量,比较"一测多评"法所得结果与外标法测得结果的相似度。结果:一测多评法和外标法测得的酸枣仁皂苷A、酸枣仁皂苷B、斯皮诺素含量的计算值和实测值之间的夹角余弦值分别为0.999 72,0.999 71和0.998 36,两者相似度较好,没有显著性差异。结论:UPLC可以简便、快速地测出酸枣仁4个成分含量,一测多评法适用于酸枣仁中4种有效成分的含量测定,相对校正因子可信。 Objective: To develop a multi-components assay with a single marker (QAMS) for determination of contents of spinosin, jujuboside A, jujuboside B and betulinic acid in Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, and verify its accuracy and scientificalness. Methods: Using betulinic acid as an index, the relative correlation factors (RCFs) of spinosin, jujuboside A and jujuboside B were calculated by UPLC and used for the calculation of the contents of the three components. Results: The cosine coefficient of contents ofjujuboside A, jujuboside B and spinosin calculated by QAMS and by external standard method were 0.999 72, 0.999 71 and 0.998 36 respectively, indicating good similarities with no significance. Conclusion: The four components in Ziziphi Spinosae Semen may be determined by UPLC simply and rapidly. QAMS may be used for the content determination of four components in Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, of which the RCFs are reliable.
