简述企业实施国家科技支撑计划项目的优势与存在的困难,介绍实施中采用的关键途径和过程管控措施,总结了企业实施国家科技支撑计划项目的经验及体会,并提出需要进一步研究的思路。
This paper talks about strengths and weaknesses of enterprises＇ implementation of National Science and Technology Support Project. It introduces key approaches and process control methods during implementation, summarizes lessons learned by enterprises, and proposes ideas and thoughts that need further study.
