摘要
本文从对水热法制备陶瓷粉体的研究现状及发展进行了综述。分别从水热法制备压电陶瓷粉体、水热法制备微波陶瓷粉体和水热法制备形貌可控的纳米陶瓷粉体的研究进程来简述水热法制备陶瓷粉体的研究现状及发展,并介绍了水热法制备陶瓷粉体的原理、特点,并且展望了其发展前景。
The development and research status of preparation by ceramic powder by hydrothermal method were reviewed in this paper. Respectively from the hydrothermal method preparation pressure electric ceramic powder, hydrothermal method by microwave ceramic powder and hydrothermal method by the research process of morphology controllable nanometer ceramic powders,The hydrothermal preparation research status of ceramic powder and its development are briefly described in this paper, and the principle of ceramic powders prepared by hydrothermal method, characteristics, and the prospects for its development are introdnced.
