语篇评价分析框架构建

Construction of Discourse Appraisal Analysis Framework

悉尼学派将评价理论作为意义潜势系统,在系统功能语言学框架中探讨人际意义系统,指出在语言系统中存在着在一个供语篇使用者选择的评价意义系统,用来实现作者在语篇中的情感、态度、立场等。但是从语篇分析视角上说,Martin等创立的评价系统又可以看作是一个语篇分析视角。本文试图对评价理论框架做相应的调整以构建语篇评价分析框架。

The Sydney Branch of SFL treats Appraisal Theory as potential meaning system of interpersonal meanings under the framework of SFL,in which language users could make choices from the potential meaning system to convey their emotion,attitude,or stance etc. In terms of discourse analysis,however,Appraisal Theory could also be viewed as a framework of discourse analysis. Therefore,this paper tries to develop a discourse analysis framework based on Appraisal Theory.
