京津冀协同发展下国际化应用型外语人才培养研究

Research on Cultivation of Foreign Language Talents in the Collaborative Development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei

近年来,京津冀协同发展和京张联合申办奥运是河北省两大重要事件。地区经济的发展需要大量人才,尤其是外语人才,国际化应用型人才是河北省区域经济发展的重要人才力量。从两大事件相关现状及背景、目前存在问题、国际化外语人才培养方案和模式进行深入研究,努力探索一条适合河北省国际化应用型外语人才培养模式的研究道路。

The collaborative development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is the major event in Hebei province in recent years. From the angle of regional economic developmental, a large number of talented persons, especially international foreign language talents are significantly needed for the regional economic development in Hebei Province. The paper discusses the cultivation pattern of the suitable international foreign language personnel from the current situation and background, the existing problems, training programs and models of international foreign language talents.
