中国农村社会保障制度研究

Study of Rural Social Security System in China

中国的城乡二元经济结构造成了城市的社会保障与农村的社会保障存在较大的差距,农村的社会保障发展水平滞后于城市的社会保障发展水平。农村社会保障制度是中国社会保障体系的重要组成部分,它的发展和完善对于中国社会保障体系的完善、社会文明的进步以及农村人民生活水平的提高具有重要的意义。在对中国农村社会保障制度现状了解的基础上,重点分析了农村社会保障制度存在的问题及滞后发展的原因,提出了关于进一步完善农村社会保障制度的对策。

China＇s urban-rural dual economic structure has caused a large gap of the social security between cities and rural areas. Obviously,the latter lags behind the former. Rural social security system is an important part of China＇s social security system,and its development and improvement is of great significance for the improvement of China＇s social security system,the advancement of social civilization and the growth in rural people＇s living standard. Based on the current situation,the paper focuses on the existing problems and reasons of rural social security system, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
