摘要
在基础教育课程改革的大背景下,高师院校教师教育存在对基础教育课程改革了解不足、教师教育培养目标定位不准确、教学方法相对落后、实习实践活动少以及评价方法单一等问题。只有加强对基础教育课程改革的学习,建立合理的培养目标,采取科学的教学方法,加强实习力度的管理与创新教师教育的评价方法,才能培养出适应基础教育课程改革需要的卓越教师,使教育事业蓬勃发展。
In the context of the curriculum reform of elementary education, there exist some problems in teachers' colleges and universities, such as the lack of the knowledge of the curriculum reform, inaccurate location of teachers training objectives, relatively backward teaching methods, fewer practical activities of student teachers ,and single and monotonous evaluation methodology of teachers' education, etc. Only by solving these problems can normal universities produce excellent teachers who are able to adjust themselves to the curriculum reform of elementary education,and can China's educational course flourish.
