Practical Investigation of Developing Party Members among College Students

随着中国高等教育的发展,大学生党建工作进入了新的阶段。在党员队伍迅速壮大的同时,学生党员的质量明显滞后于数量。针对高校发展学生党员中存在的问题,从注重培养过程,创新培养环节;加强对学生党员的教育管理等方面探讨如何确保大学生党员的质量。

With the development of Chinese higher education, the Party construction among college students has been in a new period. While the number of college student Party members is becoming bigger and bigger,their quality is obviously not satisfactory. Aiming at this problem,the paper thinks the cultivation process needs emphasizing, developing steps need innovation and the educational management of student Party members must be strengthened.
