健全和完善城市公共体育服务体系研究——以保定市为例

Research on Improving and Optimizing Urban Public Sport Service System——Taking Baoding City as an Example

运用文献资料法、访谈法和问卷调查法等对保定市3个区的30个社区的公共体育服务体系进行调查研究,发现存在城市居民对公共体育服务体系缺乏了解、城市公共体育服务设施发展不平衡、对社会体育指导员缺乏监督以及居民参与锻炼的积极性不高等问题,提出完善政策法规保障体系、体育场地设施体系、体育指导员服务体系、体育资金保障体系、体育网络信息体系和体育工作绩效评估体系等对策。

Through using the research methods of literature data, interview and questionaire, the paper investigates the service system of public sport in 30 communities of 3 districts of Baoding City with the re- sults that urban residents lack the knowledge of this service system,the development of urban sport facilities is not balanced,the instructors of social sports are not supervised, and residents are not active in taking part in public sports, etc. Therefore, the paper puts forward such countermeasures as improving the security system of policies and regulations, sport funds, sport venues and facilities, the service system of sport instructors,the informaion system of sport network,and the appraisal system of sport performance,etc.
