甩带快淬法制粉对铁硅铝粉体性能的影响

摘要 中频冶炼浇铸的铁硅铝锭,浇铸温度、速度不容易精准控制,晶粒容易长成粗大的柱状晶,区间成分偏析大,严重影响了铁硅铝磁粉芯的磁性能。通过甩带快淬法能够大大提升铁硅铝合金的固溶度,晶粒细小,区间成分偏析很小,制成的铁硅铝磁粉芯损耗低。 When Fe - Si - Al ingots are cast with intermediate frequency smelting technique, it is difficult to exactly control casting temperature and speed. Grain of the ingots will become coarse columnar crystal. Also regional composition segregation will be more. These seriously affects the magnetic properties of Fe - Si - Al magnetic powder core. Through the fast quenching method can greatly improve solid solubility of Fe - Si - Al alloy. Grain size and reginal composition segregation of the alloy can be diminished. Wastage of the Fe - Si - Al magnetic powder core can be reduced.
