This paper introduced how to use FMEA in potential safety hazard analysis, risk assessment, and Prevention in aluminium processing enterprises with special examples, thereby take a series of preventive actions to eliminate safety hazards in the production process, and implement visual management to improve the execution ability to reduce the risk of accidents in production process to a minimum.
