On the Optimization of Cold Chain Logistics for Yantai Fruits

烟台水果冷链物流存在冷库缺乏、冷藏率较低、专业冷链物流人才紧缺和冷链物流体系不健全等问题。本文借鉴美国果品冷链物流经验，以提出烟台水果冷链物流优化的对策。

In Yantai, fruit cold chain logistics is facing problems like cold storage shortage, lower refrigeration rate, lack of professional personnel and unsound logistics systems. On the basis of the experience of the cold chain logistics in the United States of America, the countermeasures to optimize the cold chain logistics of Yantai fruits are discussed.
