摘要
为提高管翅式油冷却器换热管内壁清洁度,在对现有4种胀接技术分析的基础上,提出了一种液压胀接新方法,将其应用于薄翅片、薄管壁、小口径、胀接区较长的管翅式油冷却器的胀接加工,在满足管翅式油冷却器制造工艺要求的同时,简化了加工工艺,提高了生产效率。
In order to improve the cleanliness of the inner wall of heat exchange tube for tube - fin oil cooler, it proposes a new hydraulic expansion method based on the analysis of the 4 kinds of expansion technology. It applies this method to the expansion of thin fin, thin tube wall, small diameter and long expansion joint. The appli- cation verifies that the method meets the requirements of manufacturing process of tube - fin oil cooler, and sim- plifies the manufacturing process, improves production efficiency.
