基于科研团队生命周期的科研服务模型设计

Design of Scientific Research Services Model Based on Research Teams' Life Cycle

以井润田等[1]的科研团队生命周期模型为依据,构建基于科研团队生命周期的科研服务模型,分别针对科研团队初创期、成长期、成熟期、衰退期(蜕变期)四阶段的科研活动设计与需求相匹配的科研服务。发现高校图书馆目前能提供的科研支持服务更侧重于科研团队生命周期的初始(初创期)和衰退期(蜕变期)阶段,即科研信息资源获取服务和科研成果计量析出服务。而对科研团队来说,大力发展能够有效整合科研活动过程中的数据收集管理(成长期)和成果传播出版(成熟期)的相关服务需求来得更为迫切,在诸如数据管理、数据共享、机构知识库、版权方面更加需要支持。

According to the life cycle model of the research team of Jing run tian,we construct the scientific service model based on the life cycle of research teams, targeting respectively at the scientific services that are related with the needs and research activities design during the initial stage, growing stage, mature stage and declining stage（transmuting stage）.The support service provided by university libraries nowadays put more emphasis on the initial stage（newly establishment stage） and the later stage（transmuting stage）,which are two stages of the life cycle of research teams. The newly establishment stage is the period when services of information resources are provided, and the transmuting stage is the one that can provide the services for the output of scientific research achievements. However, what are more important and urgent for research teams are able to be provided with the services that can effectively integrate the collections and managements of the data during the research activities（growing stage）,and the services related with publication and spread of research achievements（mature stage）.Research teams need more services in the aspects, such as data management, data sharing, institutional repository and the copyright.
