摘要
2002年,教育部明确提出了新升格地方本科院校人才培养目标定位为应用型本科人才。4P理论和4C理论是现代市场营销学的经典理论,其理论对目前地方高校的应用型转型发展有启迪的作用。结合行政管理专业转型培养应用型人才可行性的具体做法,推导出地方高校借鉴4P理论和4C理论进行应用型转型的策略。
In 2002,the Ministry of Education in China clearly puts forward the newly upgraded local undergraduate colleges and universities talent training goal for application-oriented undergraduate. As the classical theories in modern market marketing study,4P theory and 4C theory can play the enlightenment role in the applied transformation development of local universities. Combing with the specific measures of cultivating applied talents for administration major,this paper discusses the strategy of applied transformation in terms of the 4P and 4C theories.
