摘要
高职院校在人才培养上应以就业为导向,重点突出学生实践能力,以实用型人才的培育为目标。鉴于此,高职院校要逐步合理地评价课堂教学,充分考虑学生的主体地位,重点关注学生在课堂教学中的学习过程、学习效果、影响学习的因素等,以提高学生的实践技能、就业能力为目标,构建以就业为导向的课堂教学评价体系。
The technical colleges should attach the importance of employment to the talents cultivation with highlighting the practice competence,and set a goal of cultivating practical talents. Based on this,the technical colleges should reasonably evaluate the classroom teaching,adequately consider the principal statue of students,and pay much attention to the learning process,learning effect,factors of influencing learning when students are in class for the sake of improving the students’ practical skills and constructing the classroom teaching evaluation system with the guide of employment oriented.
