本文探讨了中国G20领导力的现状、发展、成因,并对杭州峰会进行了展望。中国谨慎、逐渐积聚的G20领导力的形成,经历了危机应对、危机防范和全球领航三个阶段。整个过程中,中国从制度、政策、物质三方面发挥作用,提高了其在G20中的地位。本文从六个维度评估了中国在G20中的表现,并在此基础上分析了中国G20领导力形成的六大内部和外部原因。从对杭州峰会成果的展望中可以预期,中国将在此次峰会中发挥更高层次的G20领导力。

This article examines the status quo, evolution and causes of China＇s G20 leadership, and analyses the prospect of China＇s leadership in the Hangzhou Summit. China＇s careful and cumulating G20 leadership is developed through three phases： crisis response, crisis prevention and global steering. In each of the three phases, China enhances its status in the G20 by increasingly contributing to this forum in the forms of institution, material and policy. China＇s G20 leadership, confirmed by a systemic and quantitative assessment in six dimensions, can be attributed to six external and internal factors., The officially envisaged result is that China will play a higher level of leadership in the upcoming Hangzhou Summit.
