G20 and UN's 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda

从千年发展目标到可持续发展目标,G20持续关注联合国发展议程的落实。G20落实2030可持续发展议程是双赢选择,一方面有利于G20转型成为长期性综合治理平台,并系统化其发展议程;另一方面也为联合国推动落实2030可持续发展议程树立了榜样。G20平台的特点决定其在落实2030可持续发展议程上将主要发挥补充性和引领性的作用。G20如果能够更好利用其召集和动员能力以及提高政策一致性的明显优势,同时改善其落实能力,那么G20推动落实2030可持续发展议程还是具备较大潜力。

The G20 has had sustained focus on the implementation of UN Development Agendas ranging from the Millennium Development Goals （MDGs） to the Sustainable Development Goals （SDGs）. It will be a win-win outcome for the G20 to focus on the implementation of the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda. On one hand, it＇s conducive to the transformation of the G20 into a long-term comprehensive governance forum, as well as the systematization of its own development agenda. On the other hand, it can also set an example for the UN to advance the implementation of the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda. The feature of the G20 as a forum has made it clear that it will mainly play a supplementary and guiding role for the implementation of the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda. There is great potential for the G20 to play greater role in the implementation of the 2030 Agenda if it can better harness its advantages in the capability of advocacy and mobilization with special attention on improving its own executing capacity.
