摘要
试剂是食品微生物实验室检测工作中必不可少的消耗品,其质量直接影响到检验结果的准确性。文章从采购、外观质量检验验收和内在质量检验验收,以及贮存和使用等方面全面分析了食品微生物实验室试剂耗材的质量控制,其中重点分类讲述如何进行商品化培养基和试剂的内在质量验收,以对微生物实验室的试剂耗材质量控制提供技术指导和参考。
As the indispensable supplies in food microbiology labora tory test, reagent supplies＇ quality directly affects the accuracy of the test results. To provide guidance for reagent supplies quality control, this article comprehensively analyzes the quality control of food microbiology laboratory from the respect of procurement, quality inspection ＆ acceptance of appearance and immanency, storage, use, etc, and especially focus on internal quality acceptance of commercial medium and reagent.
