新欧亚大陆桥是古代中国陆上丝绸之路的现代体现,可以成为"一带一路"战略的重要建设内容。成渝城市群位于丝绸之路经济带和长江经济带的结合部位,在新欧亚大陆桥建设中具有重要的战略定位与战略作用。新欧亚大陆桥建设是一个扩大对外开放、加强国际合作的过程,需要分阶段、分步骤逐步推进。而成渝城市群的互联互通城市建设则是新欧亚大陆桥的重要组成部分。

The New Eurasian Continental Bridge is a large channel from Singapore added India and China to central Asia and Europe. The large channel is an old silk road. It will be an important construction project under the Belt and Road Initiative. The Cheng Yu Urban Agglomeration is a juncture area of upper stream of the Yangtze River Basin and the Silk Road. It has the important strategy status and plays an important role. The construction of New Eurasian Continental Bridge needs international co-operation.
