摘要
面对激烈的行业市场竞争和企业内生性发展困境,技术创新人才在区域制造企业快速发展和升级过程中的地位日益重要。本文突破以往从单一视角探讨人才培养的框架思路,创新性地从"投入-过程-产出"三维动态视角分析并构建制造企业技术创新人才培养机制,并以白酒制造企业为例,阐明其技术创新人才培养的运行机制、实现路径以及提升对策。研究发现:技术创新人才培养是一个由多环节构成、多主体参与的系统性工程,包含人才培养投入、发展支撑平台、环境要素驱动和人才培养产出四大模块。其中,人才投入是前端和物质基础;企业内外政策、制度与文化是重要环境因素;而人才培养平台则是衔接前端投入与结果产出的重要载体和"孵化器"。
Nowadays, competition is more and more fierce, innovative talents are increasingly important. Therefore, the paper analyzes the talents training mechanism from three-dimensional dynamic "input-process-output", instead of single angle. Meanwhile, the paper explains the training mechanism, implementation path and promotion countermeasures of white liquor manufacturing enterprises. It shows that training of talents is a system project which includes talents training input, support platform, environmental elements and trainingoutput. Among all of them, training input is the material basis. Internal and external policies, system and culture are important environmental parts ; and the training platform is the key carrier of input and outcome.
