摘要 探讨超细特纤维梳理的工艺和针布配置问题。介绍了超细特纤维的梳理特性。对梳理中出现的静电积聚绕锡林、棉结高、纤维易损伤、针布耐磨度要求高等问题进行了原因分析。用生产工艺实例说明了超细特纤维梳理工艺和针布配置的原则。认为:采取配置"大角度、高齿密"针布;工艺上采用"中速度、适度隔距";加强齿尖淬火深度等措施,能够解决超细特纤维梳理中遇到的难点和问题。 The problems of carding process and card clothing configuration for super fine fiber were dis- cussed. The carding properties of super fine fiber were introduced. The reasons like static accumulation around cylinder,higher amount of neps,easier injury of fibers,higher requirement of abrasion resistance for card clothing and so on were analyzed. The principle of carding technology and card clothing configuration for super fine fiber were explained by production examples. It is considered that the difficulties and problems for carding of super fine fiber can be solved by taking measures including adopting configuration of larger angle and higher card clothing density, using middle speed and suitable gauge in process,strengthening quenching depth of tooth tip and so on.
