摘要
总结棉粘胶双层织物的生产工艺。介绍了JC 19.4tex纱和R 19.7tex纱的质量指标;棉纱与粘胶纱按1∶1排列做表里经和表里纬;分析了产品的生产难点;优选整经工艺参数和两种经纱各自的浆料配方、浆纱工艺;选用ZAX9100型喷气织机,织机速度650r/min,上机后,织机效率达90%以上,下机一等品率达92%以上。认为:合理优选工艺参数及工艺措施,可以保证双层织物的顺利生产。
The production technology of cotton viscose two-layer fabric was summarized. The quality indexes of JC 19.4 tex yarn and R 19.7 tex yarn were introduced. Cotton yarn and viscose yarn with 1 : 1 arrangement were used as the warp and weft in surface and inner layers. The production difficulties were analyzed. The warping processing parameters and the sizing instruction & sizing process of two kinds of warp were optimized. ZAX9100 air-jet loom was selected. The loom speed was 650 r/min. The loom efficiency was reached above 90%. The first grade percentage before cloth repairing was reached above 92 %. It is considered that successful production of two- layer fabric can be ensured by reasonably selecting the processing parameters and technology measures.
