摘要
以某型手机外壳为研究实例,分析并验证了CREO/NC环境下的产品数控加工基本流程与实现方法,研究内容包括制造模型构建、工艺参数设定、刀具轨迹仿真及NC代码编译等。通过探索CREO/NC模块的自动化加工运行模式,明确了CAD/CAM系统的一体化设计与制造流程,为工业产品的数字化设计、自动化加工及信息化管理提供了重要支持。
The basic procedure and implement method of numerical control machining for the product in CREO/NC environment is analyzed and verified, which make a certain type of mobile phone shell as research example. The research content includes manufacturing model building, process parameter setting, tool path simulation and NC code compiling etc. The integration design and the manufacturing process of the CAD/CAM system is confirmed through exploring operation mode for automation machining of CREO/NC module, and then an important support is provided for industrial products' digital design, automation processing and information management.
