Research and Application of Agglomerated Abrasive Grains

堆积磨料是许多细粒度磨料通过黏结剂黏结起来的一种新型的粗颗粒磨料,在国内外涂附磨具市场上的应用越来越多。堆积磨料具有寿命长、自锐性好等优点,应用在黏附性强的难加工磨削材料方面表现出优良的性能。本文介绍了堆积磨料的研发过程、制备原理及应用前景,并对其技术发展提出建议。

Agglomerated abrasive grain is that of large grains which made of small grains cohered by adhesives. Owing to agglomerated abrasive grains merits of long grinding duration and easy self-sharpen, it has successfully applied to grind difficult-to-cut materials as coated abrasive belt recent years. It performs better than conventional abrasives to grind parts that made from the materials with more ductile. The fabricated method, development and prospect are discussed in this paper as well as suggestions on its developing in future.
