煤矿城市生态环境经济损失测度分析——以平顶山市为例

Measurement Analysis of Economic Losses of Ecological and Environmental Impacts of Coal-mining Cities --A Case Study of Pingdingshan City, China

对平顶山市生态环境现状进行分析，运用人力资本法、机会成本法对平顶山市环境污染进行损失评估；采用市场评价法、效益转移法对平顶山市生态破坏进行损失评估。结果表明：2014年平顶山市生态环境总损失为37280万元，其中环境污染损失为12．3元／t，生态破坏损失为6．04元／t。

This paper firstly analyzes the current ecological and environmental situations of Pingdingshan City. Then, by adopting human capital approach and opportunity cost approach, the paper evaluates losses of environmental pollution of Pingdingshan; by adopting market valuation approach and benefit transfer approach, the paper evaluates losses of ecological damage of Pingdingshan. The result shows that in 2014, total loss of ecological and environmental impacts is RMB 372 800 000 Yuan. Hereinto, loss of environmental pollution is RMB 12.3 Yuan per ton; loss of ecological damage is RMB 6.04 Yuan per ton.
