晋江市南部区域外来工失眠症患者临床特征与心理健康状况调查

Investigations of clinical features and mental health status a- mong nonnative workers with insomnia in southern part of Jinjiang city

目的探讨晋江市晋南区外来工失眠症患者的临床特征与心理健康状况。方法对晋江市医院晋南分院就诊的外来工402例失眠症患者进行调查，自拟一般资料调查表统计一般人口学资料，采用症状自评量表评定心理健康状况，对调查结果进行统计分析。结果共收集有效病例402例，男女比例为1：1.63，年龄〈50岁者占85．8％，初中及以下文化程度者占88．1%，职业流水线工人占66．4％，已婚者占92．54％。季节分布，从高到低依次为秋季35．8Yo、冬季23．1％、春季22．4％、夏季18．7％。患者症状自评量表评分总分，阳性条目数，阳性项目均分及躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性等因子分均显著高于全国常模（P〈0．05）。结论外来务工失眠患者以女性、已婚、〈50岁、低学历、流水线操作工人居多，以秋季为好发季节；患者存在不同程度心理健康问题，女性、〈30岁、未婚、流水线操作工人和杂工患者更为明显，冬春季节更为突出。

Objective To investigate the clinical features and mental health status among nonnative work- ers with insomnia in southern part of Jinjiang city. Methods Surveys were carried out among 402 nonnative workers with insomnia going to doctors of Jinnan Branch, Jinjiang Municipal Hospital, general de- mographic data added up using self-made general data questionnaire, mental health conditions assessed with the Symptom Checkilist-90 （SCL-90）, and findings statisticaly analyzed. Results Collected effctive cases were 402, male female ratio was 1.1. 63, patients aged 20-49 made up 85.8%, ones with educational level of junior high school and below did 88.1%, ones engaged in assembly line occupation did 66.4%, and the married did 92.54%. Of them 35.8% fell ill in autumn, 23.1% in winter, 22.4% in spring, and 18.7% in summer. Their SCL-90 total score, positive items, mean score of positive items as well as soma- tization, obsessive symptom, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia and psychotic score were all signifi cantly higher compared with national norm （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nonnative workers with in somnia are mainly female, married, aged 20-49, lower educational levels or engaged in assembly line and mainly fall ill in autumn; they have different degrees of mental problems, especially female, aged 〈 30, unmarried, engaged in assembly line lower educational levels and engaged in assembly line or sundry work, and mental problems are outstanding in winter and spring.
