社区精神卫生服务体系及社会行为干预对精神疾病康复的影响

Influences of community mental health services system and social behavior interventions on mental disorder rehabilitation

目的探讨社区精神卫生服务体系及社会行为干预对精神疾病患者康复的影响。方法对178例精神疾病患者给予社区精神卫生服务及社会行为干预，观察6个月，比较干预前后患者的服药依从性、精神症状发作次数及暴力行为发生率。结果干预后患者服药依从性显著好于干预前（P〈0．01），精神症状发作次数及暴力行为发生率显著低于干预前（P〈0．01）。结论社区精神卫生服务及社会行为干预能提高精神疾病患者的服药依从性，降低精神症状发作次数及暴力行为发生率，促进患者的康复。

Objective To explore the influences of community mental health services system and social be- havior interventions on mental disorder rehabilitation. Methods Community mental health services and social behavior interventions were given to 178 mental patients for 6 months, pre- and post-intervention patients＇ treatment compliance, the frequencies of mental symptoms episode and the incidence of assaultive behavior were compared. Results After intervention patients＇ treatment compliance was significantly better compared with pre-intervention （P〈0.01）, the frequencies of mental symptoms episode and the incidence of assaultive behavior were lower （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Community mental health services and social behavior interventions could boost mental patients＇ treatment compliance, lower the frequencies of mental symptoms episode and the incidence of assaultive behavior, and promote patients＇ rehabilitation.
