恶性肿瘤患者PICC置管后并发症处理与护理体会

Treatment and nursing realization of post-PICC complications of cancer patients

目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管置管后并发症的护理。方法对10例恶性肿瘤患者实施经外周静脉置人中心静脉导管，观察其并发症发生情况。结果本组10例患者出现机械性静脉炎2例，血栓形成1例，穿刺点感染3例，导管置入困难1例，导管脱出2例，导管堵塞1例。结论经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管为一种安全有效输液途径，但也存在一定风险性，要提高护理质量，保证治疗的顺利进行。

Objective To explore the nursing of complications following peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） for cancer patients. Methods The PICCs were given to 10 cancer patients and the development conditions of complications observed. Results Of 10 patients 2 developed mechanical phlebitis, 1 thrombopoiesis, 3 puncture site infection, 1 difficult inserted central catheter, 2 catheter emersion, and 1 catheter blockage. Conclusion The PICC is a safe and effective transfusion, but has a certain risk, and nursing qualities should be boosted to ensure？ the smooth progress of treatment.
