抗结核治疗所致重症药物性肝炎的用药安全护理

Medication safety nursing of grave drug hepatitis caused by anti-tuberculosis treatment

目的观察抗结核治疗所致重症药物性肝炎的安全护理效果。方法将46例重症药物性肝炎患者采用随机数字表法分为两组，每组23例，均给予一般常规护理，研究组在此基础上联合用药安全护理，观察住院全程。于护理干预前后统计患者对用药知识掌握情况、护理满意度及治疗效果。结果护理前两组各项指标比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。护理后研究组患者对用药知识掌握合格率为91．3％，对照组为65．2％，研究组显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；研究组满意率为91．3％，对照组为87．0％，研究组高于对照组但差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；研究组好转率高于对照组，未愈率低于对照组，但差异均无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论用药安全护理能显著提高重症药物性肝炎患者对用药知识的掌握情况，有利于提高患者的满意度。

Objective To observe the safety nursing effect of grave drug hepatitis caused by anti-tuberculosis treatment. Methods Forty-six grave drug hepatitis patients were assigned to two groups of 23 ones each according to random number table, both groups received general routine nursing, on this basis research group was plus medication safety nursing, and hospitalization whole courses were observed. Before and af- ter intervention medication knowledge command, nursing satisfaction and treatment effectiveness were added up. Results There were no significant group differences in all indexes before nursing （P〈0.05）. The qualified rate of medication knowledge command was respectively 91.3% in research and 65.2% in control group, the former significantly higher than the latter （P〈0.05） ; the satisfaction rate was respectively 91.3% in research and 87.0% in control group, the former higher than the latter, but difference wasn＇t significant （P〉0. 05） ; improvement rate was higher and un recovery lower in research than control group, but difference wasn＇t significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Medication safety nursing could notably boost the medication knowledge command of grave drug hepatitis patients and is beneficial to the im provement of patients＇ satisfaction.
