25岁急性心肌梗死1例

Acute myocardial infarction emerging in a young man aged 2 5 ： a case report

急性心肌梗死是一种冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病，是心血管疾病中的危急重症疾病，多发生于40岁以上的中、老年人。本例患者年龄25岁，既往无家族史、高血压等危险因素，仅有长期吸烟史。提示急性心肌梗死发病年龄有年轻化趋势，吸烟是中青年患者发生急性心肌梗死最突出、最普遍的危险因素。

Acute myocardial infarction （AMI） is a kind of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and an acute critical cardiovascular disease, mostly emerges in middle-aged and elderly persons of 40 andover. The patient was age 25 years, had no risk factors such as family history, hypertension and so on, and had only long-term smoking history. This prompts that AMI onset age has a tendency toward the young, smoking is the most outstanding and most common risk factor for AMI emerging in middle age and youth.
