“一带一路”与中国的“东方学”

On “One Belt and One Road” and Chinese Orientalism

严格意义上的古代"丝绸之路"是以中国为主导、以中国为出发点、以中国商品为主要交易品、以亚洲各国为直接对象的古代商贸路线,与欧洲只是间接贸易。因而对古代丝绸之路的研究根本上属于中国与东方各国各民族的关系研究,也属于中国的"东方学"的范畴。"一带一路"为中国"东方学"学术发展提供了前所未有的契机。同时"东方学"可以为"一带一路"培养专业人才并提供学术理论的支持,可以为"一带一路"的国际合作模式找到历史渊源与文化根据,从"东方学"所特有的"东方与西方"二分论的立场上可看出"新东方"与"新西方"的形成,并有助于我们理解"一带一路"的总体布局。

Strictly speaking ,the ancient “Silk Road”was an old trade route ,which took China as the leading force ,started from China ,took Chinese commodity as the major exchange goods ,and A‐sian countries as the direct trading objects .It had only indirect trading relation with Europe .So the re‐search on ancient Silk Road is basically about the relationship between China and the other countries and nations in the east ,belonging to the field of Chinese“Orientalism”.“One Belt and One Road”ini‐tiative policy has provided an unprecedented opportunity for the development of “Orientalism”in Chi‐nese academy .Meanwhile ,“Orientalism” can not only supply academic and theoretical support for personnel on“One Belt and One Road” ,but also find out the historical origin and cultural basis for in‐ternational cooperation pattern in“One Belt and One Road” .From the dual standpoint of “the east and the west”derived from “Orientalism” ,it can be seen that the formation of “new east”and“new west”can help us further understand the overall arrangement of “One Belt and One Road” .
