摘要
学术界以往对国有企业文化的研究多集中于对国企劳动关系以及工人身份与行为的研究,而相对忽略了对改革开放后兴起的、具有资源优势、效益良好的新型国企的研究。在文献研究及实地调研的基础上,研究发现,新型国企兼具传统国企与现代企业的特征,即新型国企具有父爱—权威式的管理方式;企业的制度包括绩效考核制度、职工表达渠道以及薪酬评价体系,甚至职工日常工作中的观念与行为,都体现出一种对效益、竞争的积极态度;企业职工具有一种新型"理性"的价值观。这种理性的价值观可以被界定为和平地、有计划地追求一种更高品质生活的态度。
In academic fields ,most of the research on state‐ow ned enterprise’s culture focuses on the relationship between employer and employees ,and their identity and behavior ,while that of the new types of state‐ow ned enterprises ,w hich apparently gains advantages on both resources and eco‐nomic benefit ,has been neglected .Based on documentary study and field research ,this study finds that the new types of state‐owned enterprises have the following features :parental love and patriar‐chal management ;the enterprise regulations such as performance assessments ,performance salary e‐valuation system ,and even the ideas and behavior of the employees in their daily life ,w hich reflect a kind of positive attitude for economic benefit and competition ;and a new type of “rational” world‐view ,w hich can be defined as a kind of attitude of pursuing for high qualities of living peacefully ,and w ell‐planned .
