Clinical Observation of AIDS Repeated Colds Treated by Yuhantang

目的:观察御寒汤治疗艾滋病反复感冒的临床疗效。方法:选择62例艾滋病反复感冒属气虚感寒证患者,运用御寒汤加减进行治疗,观察患者的临床疗效。结果:62例患者中,临床治愈9例,占14.5%;显效21例,占33.9%;有效24例,占38.7%;无效8例,占12.9%;有效率为87.1%。结论:运用御寒汤治疗艾滋病反复感冒属气虚感寒证者,有较好的临床疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Yuhantang treatment of AIDS repeated cold. Methods：62 cases of AIDS repeated cold with Qi deficiency and cold syndrome, the use of Yuhantang for treatment. Observation of the patient＇s clinical curative effect. Results ：62 cases, clinical cure 9 cases, accounting for 14.5% ;markedly effectiveness in 21 cases, accounting for 33.9% ; effectiveness in 24 cases, accounting for 38.7% ; ineffectiveness in 8 cases, accounting for 12.9% ; the effective rate of 87.1%. Conclusion ： Yuhantang in the treatment of AIDS repeated colds of Qi deficiency and cold syndrome has good clinical curative effect.
