金番止泻胶囊不同比例提取物药效对比研究

The Comparative Study on the Efficacy of Different Mixture in Jinfan Zhixie Capsule

目的:研究金番止泻胶囊中金樱根提取物(a)、番石榴叶水提物(b)和挥发油(c)、茯苓提取物(d)所组成的3种不同比例混合物的药效,筛选出最佳比例。方法:将金番止泻胶囊中药材提取物a、b、c、d按不同比例混合分别得药物1(a∶b∶c∶d=4∶3∶0.2∶2)、药物2(a∶b∶c∶d=5∶4∶0.2∶2)、药物3(a:b:c:d=4:4:0.2:4)。实验动物随机分为空白对照组(生理盐水)、药物1组、药物2组、药物3组、阳性对照组,每组10只。采用番泻叶致小鼠腹泻模型,观察不同比例混合物对腹泻的治疗作用;应用醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进,以及将棉球植入大鼠皮下形成肉芽肿的方法,观察不同比例混合物的抗炎作用。结果:与空白对照组比较,3种比例混合药物能显著抑制番泻叶所致小鼠腹泻(P<0.05);药物3组优于阳性对照组药物(P<0.05)。各组均能显著抑制醋酸所致小鼠腹腔通透性增高作用(P<0.01),各组抑制作用的强弱依次为:阳性对照组>药物3组>药物2组>药物1组;各组对大鼠肉芽肿有明显抑制作用(P<0.05);药物1组、药物3组与空白组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且其抗炎作用强于阳性对照组(P<0.05)。结论:3种比例混合药物均有止泻、抗炎作用,以药物3组(a∶b∶c∶d=4∶4∶0.2∶4)的止泻、抗炎作用最好。文献引用:赖岳晓,刘佩沂,梁丽萍,等.金番止泻胶囊不同比例提取物药效对比研究[J].中医学报,2016,31(8):1139-1141.

Objective：To compare the pharmacological efficacy on the three different mixture Jinfan Zhixie capsule, the different mixture was made of Rosa Laevigata Radix extract （a）, water extract of Psidiumguajava leafs （b） and volatile oil （c）, poria cocos extract （d）, selected the best proportion. Methods：The above a, b, c, d were mixed according to the different proportions, then the mixtures were nameddrugl（a：b：c：d=4：3：0.2：2）,drug2（a：b：c：d=5：4：0.2：2）,drug3（a：b：c：d =4： 4 ： 0.2 ： 4）. The secretory diarrhoea model was made with Cassia Angustifolia extract to observe their anti-diarrhea effect. The ant-inflammatory activities were tested using various inflammatory models including the permeability increase of blood capillary by HAc in mice, and the cotton-pellet granuloma of the rat. Results ： The three proportion mixed medicine had anti-diarrhea, compared with the blank group had significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）, drug 3 was better than that of positive group （P 〈 0.05 ）, the groups had the inhibitory effect of the increase of permeability of the abdominal in mice caused by acetic acid （P 〈 0.01 ）, the strength in turn of the groups of inhibition ： the positive 〉 drug3 〉 drug2 〉 drugl ; the groups had obvious inhibitory effect on rat granuloma （ P 〈 0.05 ）, drug1 and drug3 groups had very significant difference compared with the blank group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, their anti-inflam- matory effects than the positive group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：Three proportion mixture have anti-inflammatory and anti-diarrheal effect, but drug3 （ a ： b ： c ： d = 4 ： 4 ： 0.2 ： 4） as the best mix proportion.
