颤压“颈三线”结合导引“望月拿肩”治疗颈型颈椎病临床研究

Clinical Effect of Fibrillation Pressure "Three Lines of Neck" with Daoyin "Back to Full Moon" in the Treatment of Cervical Type Cervical Spondylosis

目的:观察颤压"颈三线"结合导引"望月拿肩"治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用颤压"颈三线"并结合导引"望月拿肩"进行治疗,对照组采用常规推拿手法治疗,连续治疗5次为1个疗程,第1个疗程结束后休息2 d进行第2个疗程,治疗结束后比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analogue score,VAS)评分、Northwick Park(NPQ)颈痛量表评分以及两组的临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后VAS评分与治疗前相比均显著下降(P<0.01),两组治疗后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后NPQ颈痛量表积分与治疗前比较均明显提高(P<0.01),两组治疗后比较NPQ颈痛量表总积分提高更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为70.00%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颤压"颈三线"结合导引"望月拿肩"治疗颈型颈椎病较单纯传统推拿手法疗效更为显著。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of fibrillation pressure ＂three lines of neck＂ with Daoyin＂ back to full moon＂ in the treatment of cervical type cervical spondylosis. Methods ： 60 cases of cervical-type cervical spondylosis were randomly and equally divided into the experimental group which was treated by pressing-vibrating the ＂three lines of neck＂ , and the control group which was treated by traditional manipulations. Both groups were treated once a day and five days as a course. There was a two-day rest between the first and the second course. After second course, NPQ and the VAS method and clinical efficacy were used to evaluate the cervical type integrals of the two groups respectively before treatment and after treatment. Results ： After treatment, the VAS score of the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment. The cure rate, effective rate of treatment group was better than control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatmerit group was 93.33% ,better than 70.00% of the control group,indicating the statistically significant differences （P 〈0.05）. The two groups after treatment NPQ total score significantly improved compared with before treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The treatment group compared with the control group, NPQ total score increased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Pressing-vibrating the＂ three lines of neck＂ with Daoyin＂ back to full moon＂ method has a better therapeutic effect than traditional manipulations in the treatment of cervical type cervical spondylosis.
