扳法结合易筋经锻炼治疗脊柱及相关疾病临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Spine and Related Diseases by Pulling Manipulation Combined with Yijinjing Exercise

目的:观察扳法结合易筋经锻炼治疗脊柱及相关疾病的临床疗效。方法:将120例脊柱及相关疾病患者随机分成两组,试验组与对照组。试验组采用扳法结合易筋经九鬼拔马刀式锻炼治疗,对照组采用传统手法,具体操作参照《推拿治疗学》组合成常用治疗手法。通过脊柱及相关疾病的综合症状评分、主要症状评分等方面对比分析,比较两种治疗方法在改善主要症状、脊柱及相关疾病有效率、复发率等方面的影响。结果:两组治疗方法均可改善主要症状评分及综合症状评分,试验组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组复发率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:扳法结合易筋经锻炼在治疗脊柱及相关疾病方面可明显提高临床疗效,降低复发率。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of pulling manipulation combined with Yijinjing exercise treatment of Spine and related diseases. Methods ：120 cases of spinal and related diseases were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was given pulling manipulation combined with Yijinjing nine ghost pull sabre exercise therapy, and the control group was treated with traditional technique, and specific operation reference Massage Therapy commonly used treatment methods. Comparative analyzed on comprehensive symptom scores, the main symptom scores, and other aspects of the spine and related diseases to compare the effect of two methods on the aspects of improvement of main symptoms, the effective rate and the recurrence rate of spine and related diseases, and so on. Results ： The two groups of methods can improve the main symptoms and syndrome score, and the curative effect of experimental group was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） ;and the effective rate of experimental group was significantly better than the control group（P 〈 0.05 ） ;the recurrence rate of experimental group was decreased obviously （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Pulling manipulation combined with Yijinjing exercise can significantly improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of spine and related diseases, reduce the recurrence rate.
