高比例RAP掺量橡胶热再生混合料路用性能与改性机理研究 被引量:4

摘要 为改善高比例RAP掺量(RAP掺量≥25%)热再生混合料的低温抗裂性和抗疲劳耐久性,提高RAP的掺配比例,研究了不同橡胶粉掺量(12%、14%、16%)和RAP掺量(30%、40%、50%)条件下纤维橡胶热再生混合料的工厂化生产参数和路用性性能,并进行了试验路铺筑。试验结果表明,掺加纤维和橡胶沥青可提高普通热再生混合料的高温稳定性,尤其是低温抗裂性和抗疲劳耐久性改善程度纤维橡胶改性热再生混合料性能可用于表面层,其经济效益和社会效益显著。推荐用于纤维橡胶沥青热再生混合料的适宜橡胶粉掺量为14%~16%。纤维和橡胶沥青对高比例热再生混合料的改性机理在于橡胶沥青增加了新旧沥青的融合程度,增强了老化沥青的活性和柔性,聚酯纤维在热再生混合料共混体中通过吸附稳定作用、纤维界面增强作用、加筋阻裂作用显著提高了热再生混合料的低温抗裂性和抗疲劳耐久性。 in order to improve the anti-cracking performance of hot recycled mixture, improve the blending proportion of RAP,to study the different dosage of rubber powder( 12%, 14%, 16% )and RAP content(30% ,40% ,50% )under the condition of fiber rubber factory production parameters of hot recy- cled mixture with sexual performance and road, and has carried on the test road paving. Test results show that, adding fiber and rubber asphalt can improve the high temperature stability of the ordinary hot regen- eration mixture, especially the low temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance improved durability of fiber rubber modified hot regeneration mixture performance can be used in the surface layer, its eco- nomic benefit and social benefit is remarkable. Recommended for fiber rubber thermal regeneration as- phalt mixture suitable rubber powder content is 14% - 16%. Fiber and rubber modified mechanism of the asphalt mixture of high heat recycling is rubber asphalt increased the degree of fusion of old and new as- phalt, enhanced the activity of asphalt aging and flexible, polyester fibre in blending in the body by the adsorption heat regeneration mixture stability, enhance fiber interface, reinforced crack resistance effect significantly improves the thermal regeneration mixture of the durability of the low temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance.
