摘要
矿山法俗称浅埋暗挖法,具有施工形式灵活多变,所需专用设备少,对地面交通及居民生活干扰少的优点,在城市隧道工程中应用广泛,并取得了极大的社会经济效益。近年来,在城市隧道工程中,山岭隧道建设极为普遍,主要采用新奥法理念进行钻爆法实现。这种模式会伴随一系列问题产生,对城市生活造成极大影响。为降低隧道施工风险,减少对城市地区的影响,以某隧道工程建设实践为例,采用非线性有限元软件ADINA,对基于矿山法的城市隧道工程的施工力学行为进行分析。实践证明:基于矿山法的城市隧道工程,位于洞口处的施工围岩,稳定性较好,隧道下穿既有建筑物时,注浆加固可降低最大沉降值,从而增加上部建筑物的安全系数。
Mine Tunnelling Method is also called shallow excavation method. Due to flexible, less equipment required for ground transportation and living less interference, mine tunnelling method is wide- ly used in urban tunnel project and makes great social and economic benefits. Nowadays, in the city tun- nel project ,the mountain tunnel construction is widespread, mainly to achieve through drilling and blas- ting method based on NATM method. This model will be accompanied by a series of problems, caused great impact on city life. To reduce the risk of tunnel construction, and reduce the impact on urban areas, the paper mainly to the construction of a tunnel as example, using nonlinear finite element software ADI- NA ,to analyze the construction mechanical behavior of city tunnel project based on mine tunnelling meth- od. The results show that:the portal construction of the wall rock tunnel project has good stability, wear tunnel under existing buildings, grouting can reduce the maximum settlement value, thereby increasing the upper part' s safety factor of the building.
