摘要
依据《公路工程竣(交)工验收办法实施细则》(交公路发[2010]65号)[1]中的相关规定,桥梁钢筋保护层厚度是桥梁工程质量鉴定的一项重要指标,但在检测规范当中却并没有统一的评定技术规程可作为合格率评价的依据;而其他行业相关规范中对其评判标准也存在一定程度上的不统一,且各评价方法间的合格率差异较大,为最终合格率的确定带来了困难。通过参考各行业规范并结合实际检测的经验,通过2种合格评价方式的优劣比对,针对电磁法检测过程中存在的关键点及检测结果合格率的两种评价方法,这些在相关行业规范中尚未确定的方法,结合检测中的实际情况进行思考分析,总结出了一些个人建议和观点,以供检测同行业者共同探讨与参考。
In accordance with the Road Construction Inspection Standard, the reinforced concrete cover thickness of the bridge is one of the critical quality assessment criteria in bridge infrastructure con- struetion monitoring. However there is yet to be an integrated standard setting out the evaluation criteria among current inspection standards. There is discrepancy in the evaluation criteria among relevant inspec- tion standards from other industries. Due to the discrepancy, inspection results are largely different when using different standards. This consequentially leads to the difficulty in the final assessment. This paper uses a statistical analysis to investigate the methods of reinforced concrete cover thickness inspection and evaluation. The investigation has referenced standards from various industries and also has incorporated practical inspection experience. The author has provided its own opinion in the paper for discussion.
