The Optimization Research of the Safety Production Special Funds in Highway Construction

在高速公路的建设施工中,安全生产费用的投入和优化配置关系到现场施工安全,如何优化安全费用投入,提高收益是目前亟待解决的问题。以在建的湖南省娄衡高速公路为研究背景,根据高速公路施工各项安全生产费用投入与事故损失的关联度,分析并优化高速公路建设施工安全生产专项费用投入,实现安全费用的合理配比。

In the construction process of highway,theinput and optimal allocation of safety production cost relate to the safety of the construction. How to optimize the security cost investment and improve the profit is the problem to be solved. This paper is based on the construction of LouHeng highway in Hunan province. According to the correlation of highway construction investment and the accident loss,this paper analyzes and optimizes the investment of safety production special funds in the highway construc- tion, and achieves reasonable proportion of safety cost.
