摘要 冬季低温环境的混凝土养护措施是否得当关乎混凝土的强度形成及裂缝开展。本文通过分析当前各种冬季混凝土养护方式存在的不科学、不规范、不精细以及能耗高、污染重的现状,引入智能控制技术与无线传感技术结合蒸汽养护施工工艺,设计了一套智能化蒸汽养护系统用于现场混凝土施工养护,并对其现场应用情况进行了分析总结。 In winter low temperature environment, the strength forming of concrete and the developing of the cracks are influenced by whether the proper concrete curing measures have been taken. In this article, the current concrete curing forms in winter have been analyzed, which are not scientific, standard, fine and high energy consumption, severe pollution. Besides , the intelligent control technolo- gy and the wireless sensing technology have been introduced, combing with the construction technology of steam curing, a set of intelligent steam curing system has been designed, which can be used for curing of concrete construction in field and the field application is analyzed and summarized.
